We are with you every step of the way from picking a venue to selecting the perfect last dance song. From budget management to researching and curating the perfect vendors, creating a cohesive design, and working out all the logistics. We do all the research and organize all the details. +Unlimited communication immediately upon booking

+Review Vendor Contracts and advise on any adjustments/negotiations
+Digital Design Board Creation
+Assistance with floral design and décor, menus, programs, lighting, favors, linens, etc.
+Invitation Design and Wording Guidance
+Location and venue scouting
+Invitation + RSVP Management (Assembling and Mailing Invitations and Tracking RSVPs)
+Develop Weekend Itinerary and Communicate/Confirm with Vendors on Logistics
+Receive Personal Items and Handle Placement on wedding day

As the mother of the bride, it took several interviews to find a wedding planner who listened to me, my daughter and son-in-law. Our wedding was large and at The Peabody Hotel in downtown Memphis during a holiday weekend, so we required quite a bit of customized event details.
