Begins 8 weeks before the wedding - Services include:
+Review  of uploaded contracts to confirm details, quantities, and orders
+Communication with vendors to coordinate setup & breakdown
+Timeline created for wedding day from getting ready to exit
+Coordination of rehearsal
+Main point of contact for venue and vendors
+Personal items set up by PDP to include: welcome sign, escort cards, guest book/items, and reception details based upon direction. (programs, favors, menus, etc)
+Cue/Coordinate bridal party, newlyweds, and vendors
+Distribute final payments+gratuities to vendors
+Oversee cleanup & breakdown

This service is best for weddings with guest counts of 100 or less.
