For those who have some time and know what they want, Partial Planning is a helping hand and guidance through the planning process. We'll communicate from beginning to end and select some awesome vendors for you. Our team will run the show day of, while you relax and soak it all in. Starting at $3000
Begins anywhere between 6-9 months from the wedding.
Service includes assistance with:
+All tasks from Wedding Management
+Unlimited communication immediately upon booking
+Develop a customized vendor list based on the couple's vision and budget
+Guidance with venue, vendors, and wedding details
+Up to three planning meetings, one of which may be used as a venue walkthrough
+Planner and assistant coordinator on the wedding day
+Coordinate the rehearsal for one hour
+Communicate with vendors to confirm arrival and end times, including the breakdown
+Create a minute-by-minute timeline of the wedding day.
+Communicate with musicians/DJ/band on song selections and cue the wedding party for the processional and grand entrance
+Provide on-site management and coordination
+Confirm all vendor orders and quantities for rental items
+Take care of guest management and logistics
+Design assistance and floor plan development
+Manage catering staff to adhere to the venue and floor plan
+Make sure all necessary insurance from outside vendors is obtained according to venue regulations
+Review all proposals and terms of final contracts
+Full access to emergency kit
*PDP Assistants are Required for weddings with guest counts over 120 and multiple venues for an additional fee.

Do you think you don’t need a planner because your mom or maid of honor can handle the wedding day for you? (The answer is they can’t lol) Are you on the fence about which company to use? LOOK NO FURTHER! Please use this review as a sign that you need a coordinator, and you need Nicole at Purple Door! She made the whole day an absolute breeze! She was in communication with all my vendors from the day she was hired to the minute it was time for our send-off. She did everything from bustling my dress to transporting items to and from the venue and my “getting ready location”. She did so much behind-the-scenes work that I probably don’t even know half of it. Her being there allowed for not only me but my whole bridal party and family to relax and enjoy every minute.
