Hello Love! Wedding Management & Coordination

  • Unlimited contact via email/phone/text 8 weeks prior to event date

  • Three venue tours and meetings to confirm arrangements and vendor contracts

  • Act as liaison between wedding party, family members, and vendors

  • Vendor introduction and confirmation the week of and the day-of event

  • Creation and execution of detailed event timeline and distribution to vendors

  • Floor plan creation

  • Coordination with all vendors and venue

  • Complete coordination of rehearsal, wedding and reception

  • Placement of ceremony items/reception setup confirmation and final décor preparations

  • Distribute and pin all bridal party flowers

  • Coordinate usher and seating arrangements

  • Organize family & bridal party for processional

  • Arrange table numbers or reserved signs

  • Ensure that cake table is set up with cake, knife, server, napkins, toasting glasses, etc.

  • Organize wedding party and DJ for introductions

  • Maintain and coordinate DJ & photographer timelines of reception activities

  • Orchestrate garter toss, bouquet toss, and departure

  • Tend to the bride and groom with food and drink throughout night

  • Help gather personal items at event conclusion such as cake top, cake service pieces, extra favors, photos, bridal portrait, etc.

  • Assist with gift gathering upon conclusion

  • Oversee take down and cleanup
