It started with one wedding nobody else would take.
I was running communications for a church when a Spanish-speaking couple needed someone to coordinate their day. I said yes. Couples I met on church tours kept asking me to plan their weddings at other venues, and that became Purple Door Planning.
Today I hold the Master Certified Wedding Planner credential, and our lead planners carry many of our events from first call to last dance. You get a real team, a vendor list we trust, and someone who has seen every version of a wedding day go right.

Framework & Coordination
Starting at $3,000
You have the vision and most of the pieces. We build the framework, confirm every vendor and run the day so you can be present for it.
Collaborative & Coordination
Starting at $4,000
We plan side by side. You make the big calls, we handle the logistics, timelines and vendor management that make them work. Hosting 50 guests or fewer? Ask about our Intimate option, starting at $3,200.
Signature Experience & Design
Starting at $6,000
Full planning plus design. We shape the look and feel of your celebration and carry every detail from first call to final send-off.

Where do you plan events?
We're based in the Memphis area and plan throughout Tennessee, Mississippi and Arkansas. Ask us about destination events outside that area.
Will Nicole be at my event?
Our lead planners, Alexis and Jordan, lead many of our events, and Nicole oversees the planning behind every one. You'll know exactly who your planner is from your first meeting.
Do you plan smaller weddings?
Yes. For weddings of 50 guests or fewer, our Intimate option starts at $3,200.
Do you plan events besides weddings?
Yes. We plan milestone celebrations, galas and corporate events with the same care we bring to weddings.
